Puget Sound Camp is a ministry of Puget Sound Strategic Ministries (“PSSM”).  Puget Sound Camp is unique in that it is exclusively for Awana youth and is staffed by Awana leaders.  Like many Christian camps, it’s designed to be fun - and we have lots of that!  But it’s also designed to have a life impact! Age-appropriate Bible Studies, excellent chapel speakers, and intimate cabin devotions will deepen your love for God and encourage you in making important decisions for Christ.  Our HS ministry outing is designed to build confidence in serving and connecting with others.  Of course, you will also make new, lasting friendships with like-minded Awana youth from around the greater Pacific Northwest, many of whom they will see at various Awana events during the year.  Many of our campers have gone on to participate in both short and long term missions (often with other campers), and several have returned to camp as part of our staff.  First time campers must have completed any one 3rd - 6th grade T&T handbook or 6th - 12th grade manual requirements (Trek/Journey). Returning campers must complete an additional handbook/manual requirement(s) for their current year progression.
